Responsibilities & Key Deliverables
√ To ensure setting up / developing of system & processes across the sales channel and to ensure that the changes are sustainable
√ To focus on channel development interms of product penetration & visibility
√ To focus of financial management of channel i.e., interms of Cash Flow & Profitability
√ To focus more on implementing data led sales interventions by optimal use of analytics
√ To develop the next line in such a way that the ABM / SM will relate them to the masses / align with local dynamics.
√ To ensure profitability of our company and to focus more on Market share and numbers.
√ To scan market environment to recognize business trends and identify opportunities and to determine their profit potential at Zonal level.
√ To maintain / Increase the Sale / Market share of CV Business in respective zone.
√ To maintain Customer Satisfaction via guiding teams for service and spare parts availability.
√ To Plan & organize the team as per the Business plan and ensure sustainance of the implemented strategies.
√ To ensure smooth working of existing channels / dealers and to strategise in developing new channels / dealers.
√ To monitor and review vehicle & spares volume, Market share, CSI, readiness for the new product launch , zonal profitability , CAPS score.
√ To ensure engagement of field sales & service team and continuous motivation through assigning lucrative challenges.
√ To review & monitor sales performance vis-à-vis the targets on regular basis and keep the National Head informed of the important developments.
√ To liaison with financial institution for ensuring lucrative deals to the customers / dealers which inturn will boost retail purchase.
√ To analyze market trends & strategise to position our products in specific segments.
√ To guide the team and to ensure sales promotion activities to accelerate the sales there by achieving the Business plan.
√ To identify training needs of the down the line sales team and to ensure imparting training for the desired objectives to met.
√ To drive the Volumes and Market growth by building the capability of the team, Market intelligence through competition analysis, Planning for technical based on the Market feedback and managing the inventory.
√ To improve CSI/SSI scores through review mechanism by identifying the gaps in the deliverables vis-à-vis the Customer expectations and and to provide inputs to bridge the gaps

BE, BTECH + MBA or Equivalent course

20 + years relvant experience in CV industry
