1. Basic understanding of different process of Plastics / Rubber (Injection, Compression, Transfer moldings & Extrusion processes)
2. Knowledge of System and Process like MPPAP, MPDS & APQP, GD&T
3. Well acquainted with Techno commercial of Trims parts (RFQ / Quote Synthesis etc)
4. Monitoring & Tracking Part development as per MPDS guidelines
5. Releasing schedules & Procuring parts based on project gateways to ensure smooth vehicle builds.
6. Having good Problem Solving Skill & submitting timely RCA / ICA & PCA.
7. Doing regular Capacity Assessment of supplier and highlight risk if any
8. Build relationships with suppliers and negotiate with them for the best pricing.

Experience: 8-12 years of relevant work experience

Educational Qualification: B.Tech (Mechanical)
