Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

Receipt & Storage of material in store as per location.
Ensure Standard operating procedures (SOP) in receiving.
Solving day to day problems of customers related to material receipt.
Sale/Rejection Invoicing ; GRN ; RGP/NRGP; Stock transfer, etc. in SAP
Material Receipt verification by audit on daily basis.
Manpower Management & ensure MH equipment’s availability.
MIS reports. (TAT/GRN Reconciliation/Material Movement/Short or Excess Receipt
Observations on problems faced by team and improvement suggestions
Experience of working in SAP, FIFO Management, Inventory management
Safety of men, machine & material in working area and 5S.
Participation in Quality circle, CRE, Keizen & yellow belt project
Routine Liaison with the various departments

Experience

Engineering Diploma - With 6 - 12 years of experience in stores
Simple Graduate - With 6 - 10 years of experience in Stores

Industry Preferred

From a reputed manufacturing/automobile industry

Qualifications

Engineering Diploma/Simple Graduate + Specialization in Store process. SAP Knowledge.
