Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

1. To design and prepare detailed drawings of hydraulics related parts through UG NX.
2. To acquire knowledge of regulations, cost, quality (durability / reliability), emerging trends in technology.
3. Study of benchmark and competition products and finalize target specs for new products.
4. Preparation of detailed drawings in 2D and 3D format.
5. Knowledge of drawing release through PDM and TCE.
6. Product BOM preparation and control.
7. Knowledge of DFMEA, DFS, DFA.
8. Involve in part development to achieve schedule adherence.
9. Prepare standard and design guidelines for hydraulics aggregate.
10. Should have capability to Co-ordinate with other functions. 1. To design and prepare detailed drawings of hydraulics related parts through UG NX. In 2D and 3D format.
2. Knowledge of drawing of basic hydraulics preferred.
