  • Liaison with brand teams / category heads / product planning / business heads to understand and define problem scope
  • Articulate project scope and problem statement to execute Consumer Insighting Projects.
  • Have adequate knowledge of Research / Insighting processes. Core experience in Marketing and /or Strategy is a must.
  • Considered subject matter expert on consumer behavior in Automotive industry / Consumer Durables industry
  • Develop rich database of consumer behavior insights for Automotive business

Job Profile:

  • To work closely with the Marketing, Sales and Customer Care teams in Auto Sector to understand business issues and identify Strategic problems which need solution
  • To create Consumer Insighting solution for identified problems. These solutions could have a component of conventional MR as well
  • Recommend action plans to the marketing and product team post completion of the research
  • Define categories of consumer behavior studies and roadmap for measurement of consumer behavior studies
  • Considered in-house expert on automotive consumer behavior and provide inputs on demographics, technology etc. on Auto consumers

Functional / Business Skills and Knowledge :

  • Auto passionate and deep knowledge of Automotive or Consumer Durable industry and evolving consumer need
  • Should have worked with or dealt with Insighting functions / Research Agencies and should have a working knowledge of both insighting processes and market research processes
