Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

Preferred knowledge areas:
•In depth Knowledge of Gear Machining & measuement processes, Housing machining, Grinding.
•Indepth Knowledge of Transmission Assembly process / trouble shooting.
• In depth Knowledge of 7QC tools, ISO 9000, TS 16949, TPM, DWM, 5S. 
• Hands on experience of all types of measuring instruments, CMM & standard room.
• Hands on experience of SPC, MSA, layout Inspection, DCP, DOE, PPAP, APQP
• Knowledge of internal audit technique, planning & execution.
• Knowledge of engineering drawing,Knowledge of Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing  
• Knowledge of maching defects and analysis.
•Basic knowledge of Heat Treatment.
• Knowledge about Innovation
• Knowledge about change management.
• Knowledge about Global trends in machining. 
•Technological upgrades with benchmark practices.
• Knowledge about Low cost automation technology.
