Position Details Position  Manager - Sales - HCV
Reports To  ABM 
Place of Posting  Vizag
Responsibilities & Key Deliverables Ø Mapping of territories segment wise, application wise, potential wise.
Ø Should be able to do sales forecasting for existing range of models / products.
Ø Sales and Marketing of Commercial (Load & Passenger) vehicles through local dealers to achieve the targeted sales level of the region.
Ø To identify & deal with strategic customers (Fleet owners).
Ø To conduct meetings of the segment customers like transporters, C & F agents & materialize deals by working out group deals.
Ø To work out schemes with financiers for channel sales.
Ø To guide channel partners to develop secondary sales/service network
Ø To act as an interface between the Product development / Marketing team and the end customers.
Ø To gauge and give inputs regarding the customer expectations through timely reports to product development / Marketing team. 
Ø To know competitors activities & new product plans & prepare strategy to counter the same.
Ø To train, motivate and develop the channel partners & their sales team.
Ø To develop the market through local promotional campaigns.
Ø To take the responsibility of increasing the market share.
Job Requirements Experience (years) BE  - 5 - 8 yrs, BE MBA - 4 - 6 yrs
Industry Preferred  Automobile - should be fluent in the local language
Qualification BE or BE MBA
Personality Traits Competencies Selling, Dealer handling, team handling(DSE)
General Requirements   Good Team Player
Functional Competencies / Skills critical for the job   Selling, Dealer handling, team handling(DSE)
Commercial vehicle industry knowledge.
