Job Purpose:

 

Sustainability and Mechanical Maintenance of the shop concerned in the plant

 

Key Thrust Areas/ Job Responsibilities:

  • Experience in Machine shop and Engine assembly maintenance.
  • Machine shop- Breakdown maintenance, Fixture, Tooling system, Air /power system.
  • MTBF & MTTR of machines, Equipment’s etc
  • HMC, VMC, Grinding machines & equipment’s knowledge
  • Assembly machines, Presse, Engine conveyor working system knowledge
  • Hydraulic and pneumatic circuit knowledge.
  • DM Plant, ETP plant, Softening Plants ,Pumps , chilling plants  maintenance
  • Coolant & hydraulic Pumps, PMR ,  maintenance.
  • Coagulation tanks, water circulation management
  • Problem solving skills, QC story, Fault tree analysis,
  • Maintenance of overhead and slat conveyors i.e I Beam, 4 wheel etc
  • Fire fighting equipment, co2 flooding system maintenance.
  • Analysis & Control of Break Downs
  •  Shut Down & Preventive Maint. Planning & control
  •  Inventory monitoring & Control, Spare parts planning & Control
  •  Resource conservation Projects planning &
  •  Improvement (Productivity, Quality, Safety) Work execution
  • Cross Audits of inter Maint Deptt. for safety & quality PM.
  • Monitoring the Organization Policy Implementation in Department. (TS 16949, ISO, OHSAS, EMS, KAIZEN, RISE Circle, CFT, TPM, MQW etc.)
  • Planning & Execution of Shut Down activities of sections

Maintaining discipline in Department

  • Organizing subordinate to build up Team spirit

Qualification:

Minimum: Diploma (Mech.)

Preferred: B.E. / B.Tech (Mech)

Experience:

 5 to 10 Years experience
