POSITION Terriorty Manager (L8 O)
REPORTS TO Regional Manager - Retail Sales
RESPONSIBILITIES AND KEY DELIVERABLES Strategising and formulating the business of Retail of Powerol
Developing Long Term and Short term business plan of Retail to achieve revenue and bottomline
Responsible for Customer Satisfaction Index for Retail Business
Appointment of Channel Partners - OEMs, Dealers and Distributors thus creating network to meet company's long term and short term vision
Responsible for implementing systems like ISO,9001etc
Responsible for establishing Product range 
Responsible for formulating and implementing Branding starategies and sales promotion activities
Responsible for Market information and changes happening in the Industry and updating the management to make future plans in line with the trends
Responsible for Present and future changes taking place in DG Business and taking suitable decision to grow the business
Responsible to make pricing strategy for Retail Business , Dealers and Distributors to remain competitive as well as profitable
Responsible for dealing with various Departments like Product Development, Supply Chain to ensure successful launch of New Products
Responsible for coordinating and formulating Policies with Service Department to provide Best in Class service to the Customers
Responsible for Financial tie-ups and schemes with help of Finance Department for all the channel partners 
To develop sales network capability by coaching, motivating & guiding channel partners 
Responsible for all Back-End Activities like MIS, C-Forms, Payments etc for entire Retail business
Responsible for  team working and encouraging learning from each others by way of Joint meetings and Policy deployment
Responsible for People Development and for identication of Appropriate Training Programmes for the Team
Responsible for  high motivation among team members by various initiatives
EXPERIENCE An Engineer with 7-8 years of experience in relevant field
