Principal Accountabilities

1. Vendor Evaluation, Ranking, and Recommendation

• Systematic Selection & Evaluation Procedure: Develop a standardized process for evaluating vendors based on cost, quality, and delivery timelines. Use a weighted scoring system to rank vendors objectively.
• Best Practices: Utilize a Request for Proposal (RFP) or Request for Quotation (RFQ) process to gather detailed information. Implement a vendor scorecard to track performance metrics.

2. On-boarding & Finalization of Contractors & Suppliers

• Focus on Cost, Quality & Delivery Timelines: Ensure that all contracts align with the Standard Operating Procedure (SOP).
• Best Practices: Conduct thorough due diligence and background checks. Implement a clear onboarding checklist and timeline.

3. Preparation of Pre-qualification Documents

• BOQ, Cost Analysis, Estimation, Tendering: Ensure accuracy and completeness in all documentation.
• Best Practices: Use historical data and market research for accurate cost estimation. Implement a transparent tendering process.

4. Vendor Management & Development

• Cost Negotiations, New Product Development: Foster strong relationships with vendors to encourage innovation and cost savings.
• Best Practices: Regularly review vendor performance and provide feedback. Develop a vendor development program to enhance capabilities.

5. Benchmarking & Market Intelligence

• Tracking Commodity Pricing: Stay informed about market trends and price fluctuations.
• Best Practices: Subscribe to industry reports and use analytics tools to gather market intelligence.

BE - Civil with 8+ years of relevant experience in Real Estate / Construction Industry.
