Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

1. Creation of Network Blueprint in consultation with RSM, RCCM & ZH Sales & Service
2. Implementation of road map for new distribution models
3. Physical Scouting for parties as per channel expansion plans
4. Awareness of Competition Network movement
5. Review the progress of channel expansion actions state-wise with respective RM/ZH
6. Readiness of channel partners as per Corporate Identity norms of Infra / Manpower / systems etc
7. Ensuring manpower adherence & adequacy at new dealerships
8. Channel Readiness for any upcoming new product launch
9. Rollout of performance-based reward programs with periodic evaluations & scoring
10. Delivering Innovation & Customer Experience which will help enhance brand Mahindra

Education Qualification

Diploma in Engineering; Bachelor of Engineering; Diploma in Engineering in Mechanical
