Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

As a Customer Care Manager - Tractors at Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd, you will play a key role in creating systems to ensure first-time-right service and managing processes to avoid any loss of production. Collaborating closely with Quality and Product Development to integrate product feedback into current and upcoming products. Your responsibilities will also include implementing new initiatives efficiently and ensuring their successful outcomes. Additionally, you will mentor subordinates to prepare them for the organization's future.

Education Qualification

To excel in this role, you should possess a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Management, or Engineering. A Master's degree or an MBA would be advantageous but is not mandatory. Certification in Project Management or Six Sigma would also be beneficial.

General Experience

For this position, you should have a solid background in Product Management, Relationship Management, and Influencing Skills. Experience in Conflict Management, System Development, and Process Management is crucial. Proficiency in Six Sigma methodologies, Production Planning, and Product Planning will be highly beneficial. Moreover, expertise in Service Initiatives & Campaigns and Talent Acquisition is essential for success in this role.

Critical Experience

In addition to the general experience required for this role, critical experience in executing effective Project Management is vital. A strong passion for Quality and a track record of being accountable for results are necessary. Agility with discipline, as well as the ability to leverage Human Capital for exponential synergy, are key components. Experience in Team development, Entrepreneurial engagement, and Appreciating diversity will be advantageous.
