Responsibilities & Key Deliverables
As a Customer Care Manager for Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd, you will play a crucial role in creating systems to ensure first-time right service and managing processes to prevent any loss of production. Your responsibilities will include linking up with Quality and Product Development Research and Development Services (PDRDS) to incorporate product feedback into existing and future products. Additionally, you will be in charge of implementing new initiatives efficiently and ensuring their success. Another key aspect of your role will involve working closely with your team to prepare them for taking the organization into the future.
