Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

  1. Passing of Contractors Bills and General Expenses related bills
  2. Passing of Employees Travel and Expense claims
  3. Analysis of expenses, generation of reports and clearing of GLs
  4. Deduction of TDS on Vendors Bills
  5. Availing GST Input Credit on GST invoices
  6. Ensuring adherence of DoA applicable to Plant expenses
  7. Monitoring of advance payments / debit balances of Employees and Expense Vendors
  8. Compilation of information for Auditors
  9. Updating and adherence to Risk & Control Matric (RCMs) & SOPs related to Plant Accounts

Experience

Working experience of 8-10 years in a manufacturing unit

Industry Preferred

Qualifications

B. Com / M. Com

General Requirements

  1. Accounting knowledge
  2. SAP knowledge (Employees claim / Vendor Bill Passing Processes)
  3. MS Office knowledge
  4. Analytical skills
