Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

  1. MIS generation for Plant Accounts
  2. Monitoring and analysis of Plant related Expenses, suppliers & contractors bills, GL scrutiny & aging reports and coordination with concerned deptts. for implementing corrective actions
  3. Ensuring timely & accurately completion of monthly closing activities related to Plant accounts
  4. Organising information for quarterly/annual audits as per given formats & timelines
  5. Ensuring adherence of DoA applicable to Plant expenses
  6. Monitoring adherence to compliances applicable to Plant Accounts
  7. Initiating process improvements and digitisation projects for Plant Accounts
  8. Monitoring adherence to Risk & Control Matric (RCMs) & SOPs related to Plant Accounts

Experience

Working experience of 10-12 years in a manufacturing unit

Industry Preferred

C.A/I.C.W.A.I
