Responsibilities & Key Deliverables
- MIS generation for Plant Accounts
- Monitoring and analysis of Plant related Expenses, suppliers & contractors bills, GL scrutiny & aging reports and coordination with concerned deptts. for implementing corrective actions
- Ensuring timely & accurately completion of monthly closing activities related to Plant accounts
- Organising information for quarterly/annual audits as per given formats & timelines
- Ensuring adherence of DoA applicable to Plant expenses
- Monitoring adherence to compliances applicable to Plant Accounts
- Initiating process improvements and digitisation projects for Plant Accounts
- Monitoring adherence to Risk & Control Matric (RCMs) & SOPs related to Plant Accounts
Experience
Working experience of 10-12 years in a manufacturing unit
Industry Preferred
Qualifications
C.A/I.C.W.A.I
