3. Ability to perform static linear & non linear analysis, free-free and fixed free modal analysis.

4. Ability to diagnose and converge the non linear simulations.

5. Good understanding of motor & transmission loads and analysis for fatigue, has a proven record on providing the countermeasures.

6. Knowledge of hyperworks is a must. A strong understandings on fundamentals of strength of materials.

7. Proficiency in Electric motor & transmission working principles.

8. Proficient in performing frequency response analysis & NVH analysis.
