• To be responsible for all quality related activities for EPT Protobuild like eMotor, Transmission, MCU, Drivetrain Assy, Battery Pack, OBC, DC-DC

• To work closely with various stakeholders (Internal & External) for both Aggregate and Projects

• To ensure in process & final inspection of the proto route development parts.

• To prepare DCP, PFMEA, Control plan and Flow chart

• To prepare Inspection Reports & NPD part documentation (PPAP).

• To carry out quality assessment for all incoming proto parts & Finished products, and to generate PDI report.

• To maintain the Measuring Instruments, Accessories, Material handling equipment in good working condition.

• To carryout different Audits like Internal Process Audits, to coordinate for ISO and IATF certification, surveillance audit requirement for EPT Protobuild department

• To implement the Quality alert and one point lesson

• To prepare Proto-build Check list and ensure the report duly filled in and released for EPT proto builds

• To manage the EPT Protobuild shop floor inspection activities on daily basis.

• To perform Root Cause analysis of inhouse quality issues and CAPA.

• To participate in discussion with vendor regarding quality issues

• To prepare the Quality indicator dashboard for Management reviews highlighting key quality risks.
