Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

1) To conduct manufacturing feasibility study with supplier from casting and machining domain. 
2) To evaluate & approve Die Layout, Ejection system, Gating System, & cooling channels  
3) To have experience in developing automotive grade castings through LPDC, HPDC, Gravity die casting process for parts like Transmission casing, Motor Housing, Battery Box, & Brackets 
4) To have an understanding on Machining Concept, Fixture Concept, & Cutting tools selection
4) To have an understanding on Manufacturing Process, GD&T, and Heat treatments

General Requirements

1) To have sound knowledge on Automotive Casting supplier base, Tolerances, & FTG 
2) To have knowledge of supplier system, process & product audit (IATF 16949)
3) To have knowledge on Electrical Vehicle Architecture 
4) To have hands on experience of NVH, PPAP, APQP, SPC, & CMVR regulation
