Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

1. To conduct vehicle packaging analysis
2. To coordinate with all modules and to resolve related issues
3. To be responsible for implementation of ECR/ECN in vehicle revisions and to ensure that full and multi-level Vehicle CAD and drawings are updated.
4. To interact with different modules of organization and track the part/ drawing release status to ensure the vehicle release timeline is achieved.
5. To be responsible for complete EBOM and MBOM management, and cross functional team data management and control.
6. To check the release documents like 3D & 2D checklists, DFA, DFM, DFMEA etc.
7. To plan vehicle builds, coordinate and resolve issues from proto to production releases.
8. To explore ideas for cost reduction of vehicle and IQC data compiling.

General Requirements

1. Proficient in CATIA V5 and good exposure to CAVA.
2. Proficient in PDM software specifically, Teamcenter (PDM software).
3. Experience in vehicle integration with good knowledge of design and development.
4. Experience in BOM management from scratch to production releases and part releases in TC
5. Knowledge in change management ECR/ECN and how the revision change works in TC.
