Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

Develop LMM Micro Level Strategy for the Region to ensure a concrete path towards the achievement of the targeted volume and market share.
Identify Model-wise & geography-wise opportunities in the dealerships and make the business profitable
Execution of plans for channel network expansion thereby ensuring increased Volumes & Market share
Escalate concern management, part support Dealer Inventory management. Tracking & monitoring the FFT & BO, coordinating with the sourcing team for improving these parameters.
Executing various schemes, promotional activities, pricing of vehicles for the region thereby ensuring competitive advantage
Ensure process improvements using various initiatives to drive customer & dealer satisfaction
Planning & execution of incentives for the channel partners

Education Qualification

MBA

General Experience

Must have more than 4 years of experience in Sales & Marketing for Manufacturing/ Engineering Industry (Preferably, Automobile Industry);
