Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

  • Analyse the technical complaints of the engines used for various industrial applications
  • Understanding root cause and providing analysis with high quality field technical reports
  • Help to diagnose & rectify defects in  engines/ vehicles
  • Ensure implementation of service processes at channel partners.
  • Development of Industrial engine service channel.
  • Feedback on company's as well as competitors products.
  • Training of service managers.
  • Work out special service support for strategic customers with channel partners.
  • Ensure execution of spare parts order by all channel partners for sufficient inventory and for meeting spare parts availability .
  • MIS on service.Spare parts inventory management.
  • Monthly visit to Industrial engine key account management & Monthly meeting with OEMs 
  • Enhancement of current business
    • Meeting SLA targets  
      •IE service engineer teams development and knowledge enhanced through training 
      •    Ensuring spare part availability at service dealer points
      •    Meeting with OEMs & ensuring closure of open points
      •    Post sales services, warranty services as per SLA
      •    Ensuring product training for Customer & Powerol Teams as per requirement.
      •    Driving Standard Processes in the Business for Sales as well as Service Network 
      •    Enabling innovative, agile, bold team to offer on time solutions 
      •    Addressing inter-functional / cross-functional concerns and team collaboration for better business efficiencies.
      •    Participating in warranty projects

Experience

5-7 Years

Industry Preferred

Qualifications

Diploma/ BE ( Mechanical)

General Requirements

  • Go Getter , technical understanding & grip on RCA , Strong anticipational capability ,Strong risk analysis capability and ability to take decision in grey zone 
  • Interpersonal and strong Communication Skill
  • Strong Technical Background  & know how of CRDI technology
