Technical interface for tooling suppliers, coordinating tooling design reviews and managing supplier DPD/MBD audits using CMM/CMS.

Tool buy-off processes with corresponding programmes, efficiently resolving technical queries related to supplier-provided tooling

Tool lifecycle of supplier-provided tool and jig approvals through rigorous physical and virtual buy-off processes awareness

Should be able to Generate comprehensive Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) for supplier tooling deviations and raised Corrective Action Reports (CARs) with suppliers.Carried out in-depth supplier audits and directed Supplier Corrective Action Requests (SCARS) using Root Cause Corrective Action (RCCA) methodologies.

Should be capable of supplier development initiatives to enhance tooling supplier performance.

Should have skill for source inspection of tools, jigs, and fixtures at supplier locations to ensure quality compliance prior to buy-off.Prepared and communicated detailed periodic tool check reports to customers regarding supplier tooling performance.
