Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

Ensure timely material availability with planning & co-ordination with suppliers

Maintaining up-to-date MIS to help identify gaps & attending the same.

Understanding Quality issues & jointly work with QA to address the same.

Monitoring schedule Adherence, gaps & actions

Ensure inventory within defined levels. Discuss challenges.

DR for EHSMS, OSHAS, GSCM and similar practices.

Monitor consumption wrt BOM, Identify Gap, Work with Concerned to Correct.

Escalate concerns timely & follow up for resolution

Ensuring material availability within prescribed limits to cater to smooth production requirement

Adherence to Supply Chain Management Improvement

Quality Standard Adherence for Domain Component

Compliance to Statutory / Organizational Requirements

Supplier Payment Pendency

Cost Saving
