Responsibilities & Key Deliverables
| Cluster Heads will primarily be responsible for developing used tractor dealers within Tractor World ecosystem and managing the day to day operation of the dealers within their territories which includes managing sales, supply of tractors etc. 1. Scout for Used tractor dealers / inventory brokers, with high potential & strategic fit with Mahindra's requirements, in the alloted cluster 2. Onboard Used tractor dealers onto the TractorWorld network post comprehensive due diligence 3. Oversee store refurbishment in-line with stipulated specifications & convey progress to supervisor 4. Monitor end-to-end operations (sales, financing, refurbishment, lead management, daily operations) and performance of each store within the cluster 5. Enable priority sourcing of exchange tractors from new tractor dealers within the cluster 6. Liaise with national sourcing, technical and financing leads to ensure consistency of operations across the cluster |
Experience
| 1. Proven experience in managing a territory- Area manager, territory manager 2. In-depth understanding of the tractor industry 3. Experience with people & stakeholder management |
Industry Preferred
| Agtech startups, Automotive OEMs |
Qualifications
| 5+ years of experience Graduate, MBA is a plus |
