Assistant Manager - E&E CDMM & STA

Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

• Work on New Product Development (NPD) for Electrical components.
• Optimize costs using Zero-Based Costing (ZBC) and Value Analysis (VAVE) without reducing quality.
• Implement advanced manufacturing processes for high-quality production.
• Identify and onboard alternative suppliers for a robust supply chain.
• Drive productivity improvements and operational efficiency.
• Negotiate with suppliers for cost savings and favorable terms.
• Provide technical guidance to suppliers to align with company standards.
• Utilize SAP MM module for procurement, including creating and managing Purchase Orders (PO).
• Collaborate with Design, Supplier, SCM, Quality, and other teams to achieve project goals.
• Ensure timely resolution of technical and supply chain issues.
