Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

• Planning and Execution of component level, system level and Vehicle level DVP test plans as per agreed timelines for HV / LV battery Pack System, Charging system (OBC, Off Board Charger, Fast Charging) and Battery Management System (BMS). Escalation of issues to respective CFT, Timely Release of test reports and DVP&R.
• Execution of Regulatory and Certification tests related to – HV Battery Pack & Charging System. (AIS 048, AIS 156, IS 12405).
• Testing components as per automotive standards like AIS, ECE, ISO, IEC. Formulation of new test cases based on RWUP, Field failure simulations and CFT inputs.
• Knowledge of Cell Chemistry and cell testing, Knowledge of Environmental, NVH, Thermal testing for automotive HV Battery, Charger & related components.
• Interacting with testing agencies for external testing of components as defined in component test plans.
• Knowledge in quality tools- like 8D, Fault Tree Analysis, and knowledge in EV component and their functions. CAN & Analog Data acquisition, analysis, and interpretation as per Logics and architecture and report release.

Experience

3-5 year’s experience in HV Battery, Battery Management & Charging system in automotive testing field.

Qualifications

Diploma/B.E / B. Tech- Electrical / Electrical & Electronics engineering; Mechatronics Engg
