Assistant Manager - MQA

Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

1. Should have experience in Drive train, motor and its process validation
2. Experience in Quality assurance activities like Zero defect stages & Poka yoke implementation.
3. Ensure in-process quality assurance checks run as per the procedure laid down in respective SOPs,
4. Familiarity with MPPAP, FMEA, Control plan, MSA & SPC.
5. Daily internal rejection monitoring & initiate appropriate corrective measures.
6. Co-ordinate with field/application team to address customer complaint resolution.(Zero and 1 -MIS)
7. Should be familiar with Process audit, Product audit, Layer audit, etc
8. Adhere to laid down QMS, its effective implementation and facilitate continuous improvement in all manufacturing area activities, and effective resolution of routine quality issues.
9. Should have Knowledge in SPC & Structured problem solving methedologies - 8D, QC story, read & understand engineering drawings & rejection analysis.
10. Knowledge of ISO/IATF documents. 

Experience

5 to 7 years

Industry Preferred

Automotive ( EV domain)

Qualifications

BE(E&C/ Mechatronics)

General Requirements

  • Mfg. process knowledge of  drive train and motor assembly process.
  • Analyse gear & machineing components paramerers,
  • Understanding of Vehicle electrical architecture
  • Hands on experience for using QC instruments like Multi meter, Ocsiloscope, vernier, Micrometer, etc
  • Hands on experience on developping end of line test for verification & validation
  • Knowledge GD&T rules 
  • Good communication skill across all stake holders. Intiative to conduct defect analysis along with CFT members. 
  • Taking new challenges for Quality & Cost.
