DFA-Design for assembly-Cordinating with Design and Mfg CFT on Must and Want for new process implementation.
PFC-Preperation of Process flow control chart linked to Engineering work flow
PFMEA -Cordinating with CFT on for regualr update of PFMEA for existing process and preparing on PFMEA for new upcoming process 
Time Study-Application of MOST for new process and exsting process to identify the bottle neck stages and take action on elimination
Layout-Prepration of Process layout
Productivity Improvement-Optimation of Layout ,Elimination of bottel neck station,Implementation of Process Poka Yoke, 
FTG IMPLEMENTATION-New projects,EN change and Process improvements 
Preliminary cost estimation of FTG
Cordinating with CFT and supplier on DAP approval
Cordinating with suppier and send of parts for FTG trials
Cordinating with CFT on PDI trilas
Cordination with internal stake holder for installation -Layout approval,Work permit
Closure of FTG open points and Buy off sign off 

HANDS ON EXPERIENCE:
