DGM - CPE

Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

DGM CPE is accountable for the technical health, quality improvement, field issue resolution, and continuous product enhancement of all serial production vehicles across Mahindra Last Mile Mobility plants.

The role serves as the central engineering authority connecting:

• Platform Engineering
• Manufacturing Operations
• Platform Program Management
• Quality
• PVT (Customer Field Issue Resolution Team)
• Suppliers
• Service and Warranty Teams

The CPE Head ensures rapid containment, root-cause identification, corrective actions, engineering changes, and long-term product improvements while protecting customer satisfaction, quality performance, cost, manufacturability, and platform TCP objectives.

Experience

• 15–20+ years in automotive product engineering
• Minimum 8 years in senior managerial / leadership roles

Industry Preferred

OEM experience strongly preferred

Qualifications

B tech in mechanical/ auto / electrical engg
