Deputy Manager - CDMM & STA

Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

1. Develop new products (motors and controllers) through APQP and CDMM DE processes.
2. Leverage expertise in motor types and manufacturing to ensure quality.
3. Interpret and utilize SORs and technical drawings effectively.
4. Define product and process requirements and map appropriate suppliers.
5. Conduct technical synthesis and secure stakeholder sign-off.
6. Submit RFQs and conduct commercial comparison analysis.
7. Perform ZBC activities and execute FTG efficiently.
8. Ensure part development meets project requirements (proto, tooled, PPAP approved) and plan capacity.
9. Apply PFMEA, control plans, quality tools, problem-solving techniques, and GD&T to ensure product excellence.
