- Design and implement EV charger topologies such as PFC, LLC, Full Bridge, Half Bridge, and Synchronous Buck.
- Select, dimension, and justify critical power components, including MOSFETs, IGBTs, and SiC diodes.
- Develop and debug analog and digital circuits, ensuring compliance with EMC and safety standards.
- Create electrical schematics and oversee PCBA design in collaboration with the PCB team.
- Conduct prototype testing, root-cause analysis, and implement solutions for design issues.
- Facilitate validation testing and ensure product compliance with international standards.
- Collaborate with suppliers and cross-disciplinary teams for seamless integration into drive architecture.
- Prepare technical documentation, reports, and contribute to design reviews with constructive feedback.
