- Perform HIL/SIL validation and verification testing.
- Analyze BMS performance under thermal, electrical, and mechanical stress.
- Create automated test scripts using Python, MATLAB, or CAPL.
- Optimize regression test frameworks for efficiency.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and analyze BMS hardware/software issues.
- Collaborate with teams to resolve technical problems.
- Ensure compliance with ISO 26262, ISO 15118, and ASPICE standards.
- Conduct functional safety testing aligned with automotive protocols.
- Prepare detailed test reports with results, issues, and recommendations.
- Maintain records of test cases, scripts, and configurations.
- Provide design and performance feedback to development teams.
- Coordinate with external agencies for testing or certification.
