Deputy Manager - Embedded Systems

1. EV System Understanding
   1. Analyze and validate the functional behavior of EV systems including powertrain ECUs, VCU, BMS, MCU, and instrument clusters
2. Battery and EV Vehicle System Knowledge
   1. Understand battery functional requirements, vehicle specifications, and key performance parameters for testing and validation
3. HIL Environment Development
   1. Design, develop, and maintain HIL setups using Vector tools (CANoe, CANalyzer, vTESTstudio, CANoe.DiVa) and dSPACE platforms
   2. Integrate EV controllers into HIL systems for software testing and validation
4. Requirement Analysis & Automation
   1. Interpret system-level requirements and convert them into automated test cases
   2. Ensure complete traceability from requirements to test execution and defect tracking
5. Test Case Development
   1. Create and automate test cases based on system requirements for functional and regression testing
6. Documentation & Reporting
   1. Prepare and maintain documentation including test plans, test cases, test reports, issue logs, best practices, and lessons learned
7. Test Execution & Analysis
   1. Conduct manual and automated tests on HIL systems for powertrain and EV software (VCU, MCU, BMS, Cluster)
   2. Analyze test results, identify issues, and support debugging with development teams
8. HIL Infrastructure Management
   1. Design, simulate, and maintain scalable and reliable HIL infrastructure
9. Tool Proficiency
   1. Utilize Vector tools (CANalyzer, CANoe, vTESTstudio, CANoe.DiVa) for simulation, diagnostics, and automation
10. Communication Protocols 
    1. Work with CAN, CAN FD, UDS, and OBD protocols for diagnostics and

11. Software & Product Lifecycle
    1. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align testing activities with product and

software development lifecycles
