Deputy Manager - Wiring Harness Electrical

Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

1. Prepare wiring harness schematics in Capital logic according to system E&E architecture and interface documents.
2. Collaborate with the 3D wiring harness team to update designs in CHS workbench.
3. Develop wiring harness layouts and synchronize them in Capital Harness XC.
4. Perform theoretical calculations for voltage drop and fuse capacity for LV and HV vehicle loads.
5. Select wires, fuses, relays, and connectors for automotive applications.
6. Choose LV and HV components including HV contactors, fuses, and precharge resistors.
7. Provide build support and troubleshoot interface issues.
8. Resolve vehicle-level E&E interface issues.
9. Understand electrical components functionality and failure modes.
10. Create wiring harness DVP & DFMEA.
11. Coordinate with suppliers and cross-functional teams for E&E interface and development activities.
12. Benchmark competitor vehicles and generate VAVE ideas.
