Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

As an Assistant Manager-COP at Mahindra Last Mile Mobility Limited, you will have a range of responsibilities and key deliverables to handle. This includes managing PM-E mobility drive & WVSCoP, Emission CoP testing of vehicles from planning to execution, aligning new Government CMVR regulations across the plant, coordinating with test agencies for current and future regulatory requirements, conducting tests and audits in various areas related to vehicle regulation robustness, planning and monitoring internal audits, preparing reports related to CoP dashboard, data management, data analysis, and traction battery CoP execution along with Govt test agency.

Experience

With 7 to 8 years of experience in COP certification and knowledge in automotive regulations, you will be well-equipped to handle the whole vehicle certification testing activities in this role.

Industry Preferred

Experience in the automotive OEM industry is preferred for this position at Mahindra Last Mile Mobility Limited.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate for this role should possess a BE degree in Mechanical, Automobile, or Production engineering. Along with this, effective interpersonal communication, presentation skills, knowledge of CMVR rules and regulations for Electric vehicles, system level tests handling, regular TAC and CoP certificates library updates, planning and execution of internal CoP and CoP certification activities, and sound knowledge about Electric vehicle systems are essential qualifications.

General Requirements

General requirements for this role include effective interpersonal communication and presentation skills, knowledge of CMVR rules and regulations for Electric vehicles, handling system level tests and external agencies as per the test plan, regular updates of the TAC and CoP certificates library, planning and execution of Internal CoP and CoP certification activities with Type Approval test agencies, and sound knowledge about Electric vehicle systems, brake, steering, battery, and controllers.
