Responsibilities & Key Deliverables
Expertise in as a System Functions predominantly in BMS :
1) Able to conceptualise the LV,HV System Block Diagram.
2) Has hands on experience on the BMS System Functions, HV Safety, Thermal Runaway logics, Cell Protection and Monitoring, HV Isolation Detection, HV Battery Charging and Discharging functions at system level.
3) Does the System Function Classification by Identifying, Analyzing and Synthesizing all the System Requirements.
4) Does the System Function List preparation and Function Partitioning.
5) Establishes the traceability between System requirements to SOR of BMS functions , traceability between SOR and Component Binder.
6) Define the Block Diagram, Flowchart, Sequence and Timing Diagram for a System Function.
7) Define the Hardware and CAN Network interfaces for the identified BMS.
8) Able to create, release and maintain the high level LV Schematic block diagrams.
9) Able to create, release and maintain the System Architecture Artefacts in ALM.
10) Drive BMS System Functions discussions with Module teams.
11) Be a focal point of contact for Module Teams, Functional Safety, System Integration and Validation teams.
Experience
4 to 6 years related experience in Core Vehicle Electrical & Electronic architectural design, Battery Management Functions, Vehicle networking, and Diagnostic areas, BMS HW & SW Architectures in EV domain
Industry Preferred

Qualifications
B.E/B.Tech;M.E./M.Tech in Electrical and Electrical /electronics and communications/ Electrical and Instrumentation engineering

Knowledge in Automotive Embedded System Hardware and Software Product development.
Knowledge on Automotive Communication Networks CAN, LIN
Knowledge on PREEVision, CANOE, Matlab/ Simulink and diagnostic tools
Knowledge on System FMEA
