About the Program:

Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd / Mahindra Last Mile Mobility Ltd is offering a one-year Graduate Apprentice Trainee Program at our state-of-the-art manufacturing facility in Zaheerabad. This program provides fresh graduates with hands-on experience in manufacturing, quality assurance, and operations for 3-wheelers and light commercial vehicles. It is designed to develop technical expertise, problem-solving capabilities, and a deep understanding of industrial processes.

Eligibility Criteria:
The program is open to recent graduates or final-year students from the following disciplines:

• Electrical Engineering
• Electronics Engineering
• Mechanical Engineering
• Mechatronics Engineering
• Automobile Engineering

Key Responsibilities:
As a Graduate Apprentice Trainee, your role will encompass various aspects of general manufacturing, quality, and operations, including:

1. Manufacturing Operations:
• Support production line activities such as assembly, equipment setup, and process monitoring.
• Learn and implement lean manufacturing principles to improve operational efficiency.
• Assist in troubleshooting production issues and contribute to continuous process improvement.
2. Quality Assurance:
• Participate in quality checks and inspections across different stages of manufacturing to ensure product standards are met.
• Engage in root cause analysis for defects and assist in implementing corrective actions.
• Maintain documentation and records for quality compliance and traceability.
3. Process Optimization:
• Collaborate with teams to identify opportunities for improving manufacturing processes, reducing waste, and enhancing productivity.
• Analyze data to support continuous improvement initiatives and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Contribute to reducing equipment downtime and improving reliability.
4. Cross-Functional Exposure:
• Work across manufacturing, quality, and operations teams to gain a holistic understanding of automotive production workflows.
• Develop versatile technical and operational skills by engaging in diverse tasks and challenges.
5. Safety and Compliance:
• Ensure adherence to safety guidelines and regulatory standards throughout all operations.
• Actively participate in training programs related to workplace safety and environmental sustainability.
