Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

Key Deliverables:

• Setup and upgrade HIL bench for the new projects including Hardware setup, Plant modelling, Automation & new project integration.
• Review HIL automation concept, area of improvements and derive roadmap for HIL upgradation as part of continuous improvement plan.
• Lead & mentoring a group of HIL test engineers to test and deliver the e-powertrain (Electric Vehicle) function testing.
• Lead the Test case design concept w.r.to HIL architecture and ensure zero defects in Testing.
• Prepare CAPEX, and complete the Procurement ( float RFQ, PR, PO, Deployment, AMC) for IO Cards, SW license, Canoe HW, etc.,
• Lead the project management activities w.r.t. Project planning, Task scheduling, project execution, Risk analysis & mitigation, releasing the reports & participating in Software release milestone reviews.
• Lead the design release activities of ECU and resolve the production issues related to ECU.

Experience

8 to 12 years 

Industry Preferred

Auto Tier 1. 

Qualifications

BE / ME  - EE/ ECE 

General Requirements

Required Skills:

• Strong knowledge & hands on experience in scripting languages CAPL, Python.
• Hands on experience in HIL bench hardware setup, Plant modeling & test case automation.
• Experience in working with HIL equipment. (VT system, ETAS, Dspace )
• Good understanding in system level testing concepts, techniques, and test strategies for e-powertrain ECUs.
• Experience in PLM tools like DOORs, Polarian, etc.,
• Hands on experience in Canoe, CAPL test module, Vtest studio, LIN, etc.,
• Vehicle level ECU integration & testing is added advantage.
• Ability to work with the team environment with open mindedness.
• Strong problem solving, logical thinking and analytical skills.
