Roles & Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end vehicle-level VD & NVH performance for assigned programs, ensuring targets are achieved at each development milestone.
• single-point technical authority for VD & NVH performance, attribute development/improvement and decisions during program reviews.
• Drive early risk identification and resolution of performance gap in NVH and Vehicle Dynamics Attribute.
• Need to establish and maintain good inter-personal and inter-departmental relations and with the track management authorities.
• Preparing Budget, time plans and estimations for Project Attribute development of VD & NVH PAT.
• Instrument requirements, procurement and upkeeping.
• Identify right benchmark, target setting, PALs Target setting and achievement on Test Vehicle model. 

Key deliverables

• VD & NVH performance target cascade and sign-off across all milestones (DV/PV/SOP)
• Getting the right benchmarking done. Attribute data capturing both objective and subjective. 
• Vehicle-level test plans and validation execution reports
• Issue tracking and closure with validated root cause & measures
• Weekly MIS generation, risk escalation and data management. 
• Benchmark report generation. 
• Correlation reports between CAE predictions and physical testing
• Good subject matter expert, managing a team, mentoring, guiding and taking things ahead.

Experience

12 to 15 years

Industry Preferred

Qualifications

B.E or M.E. Mechanical/Automobile Engineering
