1. To have technical knowledge in Engineering deliverables & Design Review Process for Electric Powertrain Components.   
2. To finalize design by incorporating DFM inputs, lesson learnt from previous project(s), DFMEA & design review check lists. 
3. To support for right quality parts development, desired production & quality levels following APQP process
4. To conduct reviews for standardization and manufacturing flexibility for cost optimization.
5. To support manufacturing plant and suppliers for design & process robustness.
6. To meet the gateways as per MPDS (Mahindra Product Development System) targets for projects.
7. To be involved in project feasibility studies.
8. To ensure support to CDMM for on-time closure of DFM, VOB, TKO.  
9. To drive IMCR/ Ideation initiatives 
10. To solve problems through 8D Approach
