Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

• Conducting PPAP Audit and having required knowledge for the same.
• Assessing the supplier and providing necessary approval.
• Tracking of Part development and FTG at Supplier end as per project timeline.
• Technical review with supplier along with Engineering team for TSO.
• To ensure Product validation, JPTR and FTR clearance.
• To manage supply chain till part is handed over to SQA.

General Requirements

• Knowledge of part development through APQP methodology
• Knowledge on Electrical parts, Wiring harness, Switches, Lighting and Motors
• Knowledge of PFMEA, FMEA, DVP and FTG development
• Understanding of Engineering drawing, DVP and Testing aspects
• Able to drive the development internally and externally.
• Able to Generate Quality view of the Products.
• SAP knowledge on Quality management views
