Responsible for vehicle E&E requirements gathering and elicitation, creation of vehicle requirement specification (VRS) for Mahindra LMM vehicles
To coordinate with Internal & External stake holders for requirements creation and interface sign off, including marketing, product planning, R&D, manufacturing, service etc.
To create/write and review system requirements and establish traceability against system level design
To track implementation of VRS project-wise, project management and management presentation using Gantt charts or similar
To assist other product development teams in finalization and implementation of technical requirements
To manage requirement management team members, task delegation and allocation, personnel management.
To have good knowledge on battery electric vehicle system, and electric powertrain
To have good understanding of system EE architecture definition, V-cycle product development for electric powertrain
To have good understanding of requirement management tools such as Polarion or Doors.
To have knowledge on verification & validation of automotive standards & Processes.
To have good knowledge on System level DFEMA, automotive product development cycle.
