Manager - EPT STA

Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

• Own STA activities for MCU including supplier technical readiness
• Support validation of EOLs, FTG and process robustness
• Ensure APQP, E‑PPAP and capacity readiness for business volumes
• Drive resolution of technical and quality issues with suppliers
• Coordinate with EPT engineering, validation and software teams
• Support supplier audits and technical sign‑offs
• Ensure MCU readiness supports project milestones and SOP
