Roles and Responsibilities 

1. Responsible for overall E&E deliverables for EV project
2. To ensure E&E deliverables such as Requirement finalisation, design signoff, interface sign off, technical signoff, Validation plan
3. Understand the Vehicle Platform requirements and communicate to E&E Module members for development
4. To prepare E&E delivery time plan by co-ordinating & aligning with project team and E&E team
5. To meet the vehicle platform requirements including scalability, flexibility, security, cost, quality, performance, and timelines
6. Coordinating with Internal & External stake holders for E&E sign off as per project milestone such as interface sign off, requirement signoff
7. Drive discussions with cross-functional teams to conclude open points & ambiguities
8. Identifying the risk and creating risk mitigation plan for E&E deliverables
9. Monitor the progress of E&E deliveries & present weekly reports to management

Skills - 

1. Sound knowledge on Battery electric vehicle System and in line Vehicle Networks, E&E components
2. Experience in team handling & multiple project handling
3. Sound knowledge on product development life cycle, development V cycle, ASPICE
4. Proficient in Problem solving (Root cause analysis, 8D reports, FTA, why why analysis)
5. Hands on experience in communication & diagnostic protocols (CAN, LIN, UDS)
6. Sound knowledge on System level DFEMA, test case creation
7. Knowledge on verification & validation of automotive standards & Processes
