Responsibilities & Key Deliverables
1. Personnel Cost Analytics
- Provide month-end personnel cost analysis with variance bridges, cost drivers, and forward-looking insights
- Develop workforce cost dashboards covering salaries, incentives, benefits, actuarial items, and productivity KPIs
- Strengthen governance on employee cost provisioning, actuarial inputs, and financial controls
- Collaborate with HR, MIBS/ER, IT, and Corporate Tax to align data accuracy, cost classifications, and audit readiness
- Provide analytical support for budgeting, forecasting, and union negotiations
2. Direct Taxation
- Own direct tax compliance including corporate tax, income tax, and withholding tax
- Provide tax advisory and risk mitigation strategies
- Manage tax audits, assessments, and regulatory representations
- Ensure timely return filing and adherence to Direct Tax regulations
- Continuously track regulatory amendments and proactively brief internal stakeholders on implications and required actions.
3. Related Party Transactions (RPT)
- Ensure compliance with Ind AS, Companies Act, Income Tax Act, and Transfer Pricing regulations for all RPTs
- Ensure that all transactions relating to parties listed in the Group‑maintained RPT Universe are accurately identified, validated, and captured for the standalone entity in line with Companies Act, Ind As and applicable regulations.
- Ensure accurate documentation and adherence to Arm’s Length principles
- Support Board, Audit Committee, and Statutory reporting on RPT matters
- Coordinate with Finance, Sales, Operations, Legal, and Corporate Secretarial teams for end‑to‑end RPT governance
Experience
: 5 to 8 years – Qualified CA

- Experience: 5 to 8 years – Qualified CA
- Strong knowledge of Direct Taxation, Ind AS and statutory frameworks
- Understanding of personnel cost structures and analytics
- Experience with SAP, Hyperion, TRACES, MS Office, and dashboarding tools
