	Responsibilities & Key Deliverables	> Capacity Ramp up planning and execution > Coordination with Supplier for Line installation and Prove out > Meeting the target timelines > Exploring ,Benchmarking and implementing new technology and automate process > Draft and design layout of equipment, materials and workspaces to ensure maximum efficiency > Budget estimation > Plan and establish sequence of operations to promote efficient utilization > Collaborating with other business units




	Job Requirements	Experience (years)	10 to 15 Years


Industry Preferred		EV/Automotive-Battery Pack line

Qualification		Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical and Electronics
Personality Traits	Competencies	> Working Knowledge in over all Battery pack line > Working knowledge in End off line and test rigs > Working knowledge of ergonomic methods training & application > Working knowledge of TPM > Advanced skills with the Internet, data entry, spreadsheets, and word processing, specifically with Microsoft Word and Excel

General Requirements		> Experience with project management > Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail > Creative thinking skills > Excellent verbal and written communication skills



Functional Competencies / Skills critical for the job		> SOR preparation > Quote in depth understanding and detailing > Process Flow design of Battery pack line > Process Layout design > Deep understanding of Product and Process O/P requirements > Design control systems to minimize and increase productivity > Develop standards for production and design inputs by working with CFT
