Roles & Responsibilities

• Capacity Ramp up planning and execution
• Cordination with Supplier for Line installation and Prove out
• Meeting the target timelines
• Exploring ,Benchmarking and implementing new technology and  automate process
• Draft and design layout of equipment, materials and workspaces to ensure maximum efficiency
• Budget estimation    
• Plan and establish sequence of operations to promote efficient utilization
• Collaborating with other business units

Functional Competencies

• SOR preparation
• Cost benefit analysis
• Quote in depth understanding and detailing
• Process Flow design of Battery pack line
• Process Layout design
• Deep understanding of Product and Process O/P requirements
• Design control systems to minimize and increase productivity  
• Develop standards for production and design inputs by working with CFT 

General Requirements

•  Working Knowledge in over all Battery pack line
• Working knowledge in End off line and test rigs
• Working knowledge of ergonomic methods training & application
• Working knowledge of TPM
• Advanced skills with the Internet, data entry, spreadsheets, and word processing, specifically with Microsoft Word and Excel
• Experience in project management
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Education Qualification
Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical and Electronics

Industry Preferred

EV/Automotive-Battery Pack line
