Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

'-Responsible to Control  RPT & Warranty Provisioing for Treo Platform
- Prepare & present monthly MIS for field quality KPI's
-Unified concern list - Resolution of reported concerns in Treo Zor, Treo , Treo Yaari 2.0 & Zor Grand -- Concerns closure % (V1 & V1+ issues ), ICA -30 Days , PCA -60 Days after part receipt
- USV % Concern Reduction Plan & Execution
- System Ahderence & improvment ( IATF , MEM )
-  Handling and co ordinating complete field failure & field upgradation activites with service team & Dealer team
- Delaer visit to enhance the product performance & customer feedback collections.
- Responsible for field failure analysis of complete Model (Electrical, Electronics & Mechanical)
- Co ordination & follow up with CFT team for CAPA implementation & monitoring action effectivness to acheive quality goals on current product
- Faciliate weekly meeting with CFT team to drive corrective action & implementation.
- Be capable of presenting current & emerging concern to personnel at all levels including senior managment within the organisation.
- Lesson learnt deployment for upcoming new launches.

Experience

For this role, we are seeking a candidate with 10-15 years of experience in a large four-wheeler automobile company. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of handling best-in-class products and systems, demonstrating strong leadership and analytical skills.

Qualifications

The qualifications for the Manager - PVT LMM position at Mahindra Last Mile Mobility Limited include a BE degree in Mechanical, Automotive, or Production Engineering. Candidates with additional certifications in quality tools and systems will be given preference, along with those possessing data analysis and problem-solving skills.

General Requirements

Applicants for this role should have a strong awareness of quality tools such as New 7QC, 8D, and Yellow Belt. Certified internal auditors with experience in IATF 16949, ISO 9000, and 14000 will be valued. Proficiency in data analysis and problem-solving using tools like QlikView and Power BI is essential for success in this position.
