Distinguish essential from optional requirements and negotiate delivery with stakeholders

Coordinate with stakeholders for timely activity delivery
Execute project planning, prioritization, and ensure deadlines are met
Identify and report risks for timely stakeholder review
Prepare detailed project reports for informed management decisions
